1. Let’s start with our traditional question. Tell us a little about yourself: who you are and how long you have been in the profession.
I am a wedding planner in Italy, a singer, and an event host.
I grew up in an artistic family: music and the stage are part of my DNA. I have been living in Rome for over ten years, creating unforgettable ceremonies for international couples, helping them realize their dream wedding against the backdrop of Italian dolce vita.
My musical experience allows me to feel the mood of the couple and turn each celebration into an emotional story. For me, a wedding is not only about timing and organization, but also about art: in the decor, words, music, and details that bring the event to life.
I don’t like templates and boring scenarios. I am for prepared improvisation, where there is room for real emotions and moments that cannot be faked. My goal is for each couple and their guests to leave not just with beautiful photos, but with the feeling that they have attended the best event of their lives.
2. Wedding Planner in Italy. What led me to this profession
I never planned to work with weddings. Before that, my life was connected with a completely different business: I was a famous international DJ and singer and toured all over the world. The stage and show business have always been my element.

Everything changed when I fell in love with an Italian. I moved to Italy for love, and my life took a 360-degree turn. Family values have always been important to me: I dreamed of a strong family, children, and being a role model wife.
One day, I was invited to host a Russian-Italian wedding. I agreed without hesitation — I already had experience in performing on stage and organizing events. And when I immersed myself in the wedding atmosphere, I realized that it was incredibly interesting and close to my heart.
At first, I worked as a host, but after my own wedding, I realized the scale and depth of this day: how important it is for the couple and how important it is to make everything perfect. On your wedding day, you have no right to make mistakes. Everything must be perfect. Gradually, I came to organizing weddings entirely. It turned out to be a natural process for me: I easily manage several projects at once, see the whole picture, and know how to create an atmosphere in which strong couples are born. Many of them are now raising children years later, and I am happy to know that I was once part of the beginning of their family history.
3. As a Wedding Planner in Italy, you collaborate with local and foreign event agencies?
Yes, I actively collaborate with both local and foreign event agencies. I am an open person and value the power of collaboration. In Italy, I also position myself as a host for foreign colleagues: I understand how difficult it is to organize a wedding here if you are not familiar with the intricacies of the Italian mentality and established local traditions.
My partners from Russia, America, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and other countries are true professionals in their field, but it is I who help them adapt their ideas to the Italian reality, ensuring that all tasks are carried out to the highest standard. We work as a single team, and I am honored that my colleagues highly value my skills, trust my experience, and see me as a reliable partner.
4. What are some things brides from other countries should keep in mind when planning a wedding in Italy?
Planning a wedding in Italy isn’t as easy as it might seem. There are a few key things that often surprise foreign couples:
- Language barrier. Many Italians do not speak English, so without knowledge of the language or a local coordinator, it is easy to get stuck halfway through.
- Work pace and communication. Italians respond slowly and rarely use the phone—most communication is done via email.
- Rules and hidden costs. There are many nuances in Italy: from taxes and service charges on the menu to restrictions on the use of the booked location. Just because a place is booked does not mean that everything you have in mind is allowed there.
- The complexity of coordination. Even for small, intimate weddings, the pitfalls are the same as for large-scale events.
Therefore, if you want to enjoy the process and be confident in the result, it is better to entrust the organization to a professional who understands the local realities and will protect your wedding from unpleasant surprises.
5. Is there a particular wedding that stands out in your memory? What exactly made it memorable?
To be honest, it’s impossible to single out one wedding. Each celebration is unique in its own way: its own love story, its own emotions, its own little miracles. But the main thing that stays with me for a long time is the people. I am especially fond of couples who write to me years later, share photos of their children, thank me, and say that their wedding day changed their lives.
I also remember most vividly weddings that were full of emotions and unexpected twists and turns.
— A sudden storm hit an old castle: the wind blew down the arch, and we moved the ceremony inside in a matter of minutes. In the end, it turned out even more heartfelt than we had planned.
— At another wedding, the sky was overcast all day. Five minutes before the vows, umbrellas were handed out to the guests, but as soon as the ceremony began, the rain stopped, the sun came out, and a rainbow appeared.
There were many other special weddings where the brides trusted me completely. I had free rein and was able to bring ideas to life that exceeded all expectations. This experience showed me how important trust is: I noticed that more and more couples like this are coming to me — they appreciate my taste and responsibility, and can completely relax and enjoy their day.
I always tell brides, “Everything will be better than we plan, even if the scenario changes” — and every time I am convinced that this is true.
6. As always, a few words to our readers, some parting wishes, or perhaps some advice?
For me, the most beautiful weddings are those in Italy. It has everything: stunning nature and landscapes, incredibly delicious food, and an endless number of unique locations. I especially love Rome and the south of the country — Apulia and the Amalfi Coast. These regions are not as actively promoted on the internet as northern Italy, but it is here that you can feel the true Italian spirit and authenticity.
If you dream of an unforgettable and heartfelt wedding, come to Italy. I will be happy to help you create a celebration that will not only be beautiful but also filled with the atmosphere of dolce vita and genuine emotions. I am sure you will want to come back here again and again — for example, to celebrate your anniversary where your family history began.
